“I called ATP plumbing to fix a leak in our bathroom. They prioritised our problem and came within the hour. On arrival they were very professional and got me to sign all appropriate forms in line with Trading Standards rules. They quickly found and solved the problem for me. To be thorough they replaced the faulty part and checked all seals around the bath to make sure there would be no more leaks. They also recommended some local tradespeople who could do repair and decorating work for me - all highly recommended in Checkatrade. Overall I was very happy with the work done at a fair price.”

“I called Andy at around 10pm because we found water pouring all over our kitchen floor. He was the only person out of around 5 other "emergency" plumbers who we called who even bothered to answer the phone, let alone show up. He arrived within the hour and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem which was a burst cold pipe just above the mains stop tap. He is our knight in shining armour. Today we had a call from him to tell us he had miscalculated the VAT and overcharged us by £15 and insisted on refunding us the difference. He is a very polite and efficient man.
